i was studying spanish a little while ago - had to stop because of finances but became friends with the spanish teacher and we keep in touch, see each other now and again.
i just got a message from him:.
"hola louise, i would like to talk to you about 2 things, about the jws, as we are following this fatih, we find it interesting, we haven't been baptised yet, i want to make sure before making a mistake and the other thing that allan and i wold like to talk about is starting your own business.....".
LouBelle, Just a note about your friend . Is it possible he is thinking of "joining" JW's as a way of making new friends and getting more paying customers?
He needs to know he will only be making conditional friendships, and they don't care about his business plans either.

i stay at my grandmother's house and pay a little rent to her (r500) as it is all i can afford.
i do however buy and take care of all my own food, washing etc.. this morning at 6 am, my bedroom door opend, slammed shut, heard the key turn a couple of times, open and slam shut again.
i woke up with a fright as that has never happened....first thought is someone is in the house.
Hi LouBelle, Thank you for posting tonight. We are all thrilled you are a smart person and putting a deadbolt on your door. Are your parents not concerned about your safety? Are they too scared of your grandfather to do anything, as in, to notice his behavior and do something about it?

Oh, LouBelle, what a fright! Does your Grandma know? Your Mom? Were you able to get your key back? Does anyone know what he does in the house, when you aren't there? Has he been diagnosed with Dementia? Is your Grandma going to help you, so you feel secure to sleep in their house? Now I'm going to be worried about you. Keep us posted.

i'm a born in, baptized as a young teenager, whole family is jw.
i just recently woke up after the new understanding of the fds was announced and it seemed to me to smack of power-grabbing.
i started looking at all the websites we're not supposed to, and now i know why.

from my living room window, while i am sitting at my computer, on jw.net, a little four door car, pulled up and parked on my road.

the two men, walked east to my place, but only went to the big house in front.
